As an AI / LLM Engineer you'll design and ship AI-powered tooling that accelerates how we research, build and operate models — from data extraction and enrichment to internal copilots that make the whole team faster.
You'll work in a deliberately flat team where your opinion is heard from day one, alongside data engineers who make information easy to reach and traders who put your work to the test in live markets.
What you'll do day to day
Build retrieval, fine-tuning and evaluation pipelines around large language models for real research problems.
Use AI to turn messy, unstructured sources into clean, structured signals the desk can trade on.
Ship internal copilots and automations that make researchers and traders measurably faster.
Own latency, cost and reliability so AI features hold up under live market conditions.
