WiseBetCore is the technology and research arm of WiseBet — a private company and an active market maker across sports and prediction-market exchanges. We build proprietary models and software that price probability in real time.
As Head of Trading Strategy you own how we price and trade probability across every market we touch. You set the desk's direction, translate research into live strategy, and decide where we take risk and allocate capital.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with quants and engineers, and build the small team of traders that executes the strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who still loves the markets.
What you'll do day to day
Define the desk's approach across sports and prediction markets, and decide where to allocate risk and capital.
Work with quants and engineers to turn research into live, automated trading strategies.
Own exposure, variance and P&L discipline across the whole book.
Hire, mentor and grow a small team of traders, and set the standard for rational, data-driven decisions.
