As a Quant & Data Project Manager you'll coordinate the work of researchers, data engineers and traders — turning a pipeline of ideas into models that reach production on time and without friction.
You'll own planning, priorities and delivery in a flat team, removing blockers so specialists can do their best work. You don't need to build the models yourself — you make sure the right ones get built.
What you'll do day to day

Keep researchers, data engineers and traders aligned and moving in the same direction.
Track progress, remove blockers and get models from prototype to production.
Make status, trade-offs and decisions visible to everyone who needs them.
